Do I need a SWMS in Queensland?
Under the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 (Qld), a safe work method statement must be prepared before high risk construction work starts — for example work with a risk of a fall of more than 2 metres, work on or near energised electrical installations, or work in or near a trench deeper than 1.5 metres.
